This community is a space to reconnect with your mind, body, and purpose; a sisterhood that serves as a support system for you to take off your mask, step away from roles and responsibilities, and just BE.

Together, we unite in our journey toward reclaiming the power that resigns in each of us through breathwork, mediation, sound healing, and journaling.

During this intimate 1.5 hour experience, you'll have the chance to connect with like-hearted women, journal with intentional prompts, activate the power of your breath through meaningful breathwork, and engage in a sound bath that will leave you feeling grounded and revitalized.

We are located in Salt Lake City at Petit Portál—a beautiful community space with yoga mats, books, instruments, and the most calming energy you can find in all of Salt Lake. It's a small portal to a vast world of connection, expansion, growth, heart, and fun; with a grounded feeling of safety and home.

Beginner: Seekers with little to no knowledge or experience.

Activity Level

Light

Seekers should be comfortable with low-intensity activities like sitting, standing, or walking throughout the experience. Activities may include easy hikes, walking tours, cooking classes, and so forth.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund up to 7 days before the start time of the Experience or within 24 hours of booking when booked more than 48 hours before the Experience starts.

5.0 Gabi and Mal create the most inviting and open space!

I can't say enough about Mindful Movement and the creators behind the beauty. Gabi and Mal have found one of the sweetest spots in SLC where they host their incredible sound baths. Personally, it's been hard to find a space like theirs since being back in Salt Lake. The second you walk through their door you feel calm and welcomed. The first part is all about connecting with those there with you while sipping a delicious homemade tea. I'd say this is about 15 minutes, but Gabi and Mal know how to read the room to gauge the length of this part. Now each event is unique. The first one I attended, started with a journal session. We were provided a prompt, one I didn't feel I had the words for at first. Through Gabi's guidance, I was able to actually identify something inside of me that I didn't even realize I was battling. Once we journaled, the floor was open for anyone to share. This was completely voluntary. There were about 5 ladies who shared their entry and it was magical. Everyone was/is going through different situations at the moment, but we were able to open up a conversation where we all realized we were kinda going through the same thing just in different ways. I have to say this magical moment with other like-minded people only happened because of how Gabi and Mal prompted us and left room for vulnerability. Also, they know how to bring the right people together. Following this we got comfortable on our meditation chairs that could lay down if you wished, which were provided by them. Mal then set the intention for the sound bath with an oracle pulling. We all closed our eyes while she walked the room reading off our oracle. From here Gabi went into the sound bath. It was amazing. She brought clarity and peace to the room through relaxing and triumphant vibrations. I always walk away from Mindful Movement feeling so empowered. I would highly recommend Mindful Movement and can't wait to see what else these ladies do this year.
