Eleven years ago, I sat in my first medicine ceremony, and that night I found the light I had lost when I was exactly 7 years old. Fast forward to now — 11 years and hundreds of ceremonies later — I would have never imagined that I would have the honor of supporting others in this deeply meaningful and transformational inner work and healing. Right alongside being a mother and a wife, this is the work I am meant to be doing, which is probably why I am most passionate about creating safe and sacred spaces where women can pause, relax into their bodies, drop out of their minds and into their hearts, and remember the feminine force — the power and the knowing that they have the capability of creating anything they put their energy towards. After all, us women gave birth to every human being on this planet. To me, that says it all.
